For the submission of bulk results to TerraChem Database System, the Data Collection Templates (DCTs) may be downloaded for use from here.
Instructions for the proper use of the DCTs
In order to submit a bulk data, a set of specific templates have been prepared.
Each template contains several worksheets:
- Instructions on how to fill in the template;
- Data source – to define information about the data provider, laboratory and references;
- Analysis – to describe the sampling station, the measured values and relevant metadata;
- Analytical method – to define the analytical methods used for the determinands.
Note: It is strongly suggested to fill in all obligatory fields in order to facilitate the proper "Search" function of the database.
The filled in template should be submitted to info@terrachem.eu with copy to slobodnik@ei.sk for further processing and integration with TerraChem Database System.
