TPP is an automated tool for prioritisation of chemicals in environmental matrices according to the NORMAN Prioritisation Framework.
An overview on the latest update is available at Dulio et. al.. TPP is bringing together data from various TerraChem and NORMAN Database System modules:
- Substance unique identifiers (SUSDAT)
- Chemical occurrence data (TDMS)
- Ecotoxicology threshold values (ECOTOX)
- Hazard properties (PBMT/CMR/ED) (HAZARDS AND PROPERTIES)
- Suspect screening data (EMPODAT SUSPECT)
TPP allows for prioritisation of SEARCH results in TDMS Chemical Occurrence Database (target analyses) or EMPODAT SUSPECT (suspect screening; semi-quantitative) for individual or multiple substances in biota and soil matrices.
