The email address that you specify will be compared with the e-mail address in the database. If it is found, a new password will be sent to that e-mail address. If the search fails, the system will generate the following error message: "Incorrect e-mail address!".
If the e-mail address that you specify does not agree with the database (i.e. you do not remember the e-mail address in the database), contact us at norman@ei.sk or ei@ei.sk. The system administrator will manually check and authenticate your request and send you your new password as soon as possible.
