What does it mean to be a member of the NORMAN network?
Members of the NORMAN network have full access to all NORMAN products and databases,
including EMPODAT and EMPOMASS. They will also be regularly informed
about NORMAN activities, the NORMAN newsletter and relevant workshops

In return, members are encouraged to:
Register in our EMPOMAP database of experts, organisations and projects dealing
with emerging environmental substances in the different environmental compartments;
Actively participate in the network activities
by providing, whenever possible, relevant data on the occurrence of
emerging substances and related ecotoxicological data to feed the NORMAN databases,
information on interlaboratory studies, workshops and conferences
or any other matter within the scope of NORMAN.

Your Privacy
At NORMAN we take the security and privacy of your personal and financial information seriously
and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online.
As a European project, NORMAN is built on the foundation of a long-term relationship
with members and we will make every effort not to breach privacy or risk customer trust
for short-term financial gain. This privacy policy describes how we collect,
use and safeguard the information you provide us with, directly and indirectly,
when you use our on-line services.
Subscription Information
To have access to automatic sending you will need to complete our registration process.
We collect and store the information that you provide in this registration process,
including your e-mail address and password.
If you send us communications, then we may keep such communications in a file specific to you.
We use the information we receive about you as a registered member to build features
that we hope will make the website and its services more attractive and easier for you to use.
This may include better support, timely notices of new services and content better suited
to your interests. We will not share member information with our partners,

Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason,
you should immediately change your password and/or notify NORMAN so that we can make the change on your behalf.
Removal or Correction of Personal Information
You have the right to inspect any data NORMAN has compiled about you and if necessary
to correct or to revise any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Moreover, you may at any time request that your personal details should be removed from NORMAN files.
